Due to climate change, the Rideau Canal isn't always available for skating in mid-winter.

Canadian inventors discovered a way to make reliable ice even in warmer times. The city decided to take advantage to build a public rink outside of City Hall. It's called the Rink of Dreams

Check out the shiny ice surface after the crowds took a break from skating to let the Zamboni resurface the ice. Bet those first few laps will be awesome!
